More about our company. H alf of our staff has been with our company for over 15 years. They all go through an extensive three-month training before they ever go on board alone. They can screen emergency vs. non-emergency calls and page the appropriate on/call. Sensitivity, professionalism, accuracy, holding time and response time are area�s we monitor on every shift. Our system is Axon 8000 and was especially designed for telephone answering services. This system allows us to answer every call live. There is not a holding queue that your callers go in, making it possible for us to avoid long periods of holding time.
